Rhyme & reason Learning Community
A First-Year Learning Community
The Rhyme & Reason Learning Community is a vibrant hub for written and verbal expression, where literature and language come to life. More than just a place to learn, it’s a space to create, explore, and engage. Students will dive into thought-provoking discussions in a book club, analyzing the works of contemporary literature. They’ll participate in open mic nights, sharing their creativity in what ever medium they choose. Each semester culminates in a dynamic event where all Learning Communities students gather to reflect and engage.
The Rhyme & Reason Learning Community will:
	- Assist students with their transition to college.
- Provide a community of support.
- Explore various written and verbal expression forms through on- and off-campus events and activities.
- Assist students in developing transferable skills.
- Engage in early career exploration.
