University Licensing Program
É«½äÖ±²¥ State’s trademark licensing program enables the University to share in the benefits from the commercial use of its name, logos and identifying marks. The program establishes a relationship with licensees to assist them in the further developing “officially licensed É«½äÖ±²¥ products”, while encouraging the purchasing of products that support the University.
É«½äÖ±²¥ State is currently contracted with CLC-Learfield IMG College to help administer the licensing program. CLC’s main duty as the university’s agent is to pre-screen all manufacturers desiring to produce goods bearing university marks.
Licensees
Symbols, icons, traditions, and trademarks have come to represent the spirit and pride of É«½äÖ±²¥ State alumni, fans, students and student-athletes. The University licensing program was established to ensure that these marks and symbols consistently represent the image and brand of É«½äÖ±²¥.
Businesses, campus groups and entities (including student groups or organizations) wishing to utilize É«½äÖ±²¥ trademarks should be aware of the university trademark licensing policies and procedures: Licensing Policy - pdf
Student Organizations and University Departments

This applies whether the items are intended for the department/organizations own use (e.g. shirts); promotional items or items to be sold for fundraising.

With this label, purchasers are assured they are purchasing a quality and authentic product that has been produced in accordance with University standards. Revenues generated through the sale of licensed merchandise support NSU students and programs.
