Our Vision
The Micron-NSU Nanofabrication Cleanroom will become a world-class training facility featuring state-of-the-art Training Programs and Instructional Products for Nanofabrication using Cleanroom Technologies. It will allow existing didactic and facility capabilities at NSU to take new dimensions in the interdisciplinary training programs.
