Procurement Process for Ordering NSU Branded Apparel & Promotional Items

NSU notebook, mousepads, and soft drink cupsÉ«½äÖ±²¥ has a procurement process for ordering NSU branded apparel and promotional items. Virginia Correctional Enterprises (VCE) is the mandatory source for most apparel and promotional materials. The following guidelines are provided to assist departments in ordering products bearing the University’s logo and tagline. 

  • Submit your request to VCE at .
  • VCE will provide you with a proof and a quote.
  • Submit your proof to the Assistant Vice President of Communications and Marketing at marketing@nsu.edu for approval.
  • The Assistant Vice President of Communications and Marketing will email you an approval.
  • After gaining approval, you can move forward with your order.

NSU cups, bags, pamplets, and moreVCE’s normal delivery time is about three weeks after receipt of an eVA Purchase Order. If you have questions or need further assistance, contact Procurement Services at 757-823-8045.
