Work Management Center
The NSU Work Management Center is the central point of contact for faculty, staff and students for issues related to campus maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping issues. Any member of the NSU community may submit a work request online via the . This system accepts, assigns, tracks, and finalizes the work requests and sends status updates to users by e-mail. Users are also prompted to complete a service survey which will be responded to by Quality Control Reviewers.
Work Management Procedures
Assessment
The tradesman/technician will assess and/or fulfill the request and update the work order via the accordingly.
Initial Request
Users submit work requests online via the Facilities Management Request Site (TMA). A confirmation e-mail will automatically be sent to users providing their request number.
Review
Work Management personnel will review the request and assign to the appropriate trade shop and a work order number will be automatically generated (ex. FM-XXXX).
